HOW TO APPLY
Organizations seeking grant support must receive an invitation from the Ackerley Foundation prior to submitting an application.
To initiate the process, organizations that fit within the Foundation’s mission and guidelines should submit a letter of inquiry describing the organization, the program the request is for, and the amount of funding sought.
The process continues as follows:
- The Foundation arranges visits and meetings to learn more about the organization.
- Suitable organizations are invited to apply for funding.
- All organizations must fulfill the written application requirements.
- The Foundation evaluates funding requests twice annually, typically in March and October.
- Application deadlines will be established according to funding needs and program timing.
